Mask Making for Personal Growth
Through mask making, there is the ritual of preserving and honoring the old, and opportunity for creating a path of change for the new. Join us on a journey that will capture your personal energy through a mask, teach you how to unfold life habits that trip us up, and transform those perceptions into positive reconnections.

Painting your way Home
Through the many changes in life, we strive to make smooth transitions. The journey inward is one of our greatest challenges. By using your intuitive senses and creative voice, I will guide you in meditation to a place you can uncover your truest 'self.' From there, we will begin a painting journey that will open up places unknown. Opportunity happens when we open our eyes and our heart and allow.Come join us in this intriguing adventure. You will be surprised at who you might find there....
In this class, we will take a closer look at our inner landscape & through meditative painting/collage work, bring forward a part of the sacred self. We'll use color, written word, photos , and other materials to create with, concentrating on the physical body imprinted on canvas. There is a 'personal ritual' initial piece to be done at home with direction, and the rest continued inclass.

Have a reading to enhance your vibration making your journey to your dreams closer to reality. Then with the healing plant Henna have symbols placed on your hands (or body) to remind you where you are going and what is needed along this journey; and the beautiful gifts you have to offer.

Suzanne Masters is a Reiki Master. With a background in the arts from Syracuse University and the appreciation of cultural arts & how they connect us all, Suzanne has taught for many years. Her students came from the former Metropolitan School for the Arts, on into the city school district and with emotional/mental/physically challenged population as well as T.B.I. (head injured) groups. Her spiritual path emphasized that connection and she now offers classes, utilizing visual arts that open a door to the 'true spirit' we all possess.
