Doreena – Karuna Reiki, Intuitive, Tarot and Numerology
Doreena follows the Shaman Way in her personal life as well as her practice. She is connected to and works with the powerful strength of the spirit animal, Bear Medicine. Her intention is to inspire and to teach about human potential in a truthful way. Doreena has been studying and preparing for many years. She has a long list of abilities and credentials including: Candidate for a degree as a doctor of Philosophy in Natural Health, a Masters of Science degree from Clayton College of Natural Health, Certifications in Karuna Reiki II from Reverend Theresa Bruneau and Tarot Card Reading and Numerology Reading from Louix Astro Center. Doreena believes that restoring balance through spiritual development and self-knowledge will lead us to growth and good health.
Betsy – Reiki, Empath and Medium
As a healer, Betsy brings the energy and gifts of empathy, comfort, humor and grounding. She was certified Reiki by Doreena in 2000 and has been studying mediumship for many years. Other areas of healing and life enhancement that she studies and brings to her healing sessions are healthy cooking, Yoga, plants and animals and our connection to the Earth. She believes that healing, personal health and self-empowerment begins with continued education in all levels of our existence: physical, emotional and spiritual.

Healing Supplies by Doreena and Betsy - Featuring oils by Doreena
When doing their work Doreena and Betsy use aromatherapy, essential oils, crystals, stones and smudging. Their clients received positive benefits from these healing tools and began started asking where to buy the same products. So they started using their creative sides and put together a collection of healing supplies to offer for sale. These items are either hand made by Doreena and Betsy or crafted by Nature. All of our items have been infused with Reiki Energy.

The Comprehensive Reiki Session: A Unique Healing Experience
While you are receiving the Reiki energy Doreena and Betsy will also bring you the benefits of messages (from your guides, loved ones etc.), aromatherapy, reflexology, tarot, numerology, spirit release and soul retrieval as needed.
Some or all of these techniques will be brought to the session.
Deluxe Comprehensive Session- 1 to 2 hour session – 90.00

Hear your own inner thoughts. Tarot can help sort out difficulties, general or specific. You’ll learn the probable future of your current path and alternative choices available to you, so that you can make informed decision.

Numerology completes everything that has a name or number in your life. Send Doreena a birth date and full name as given at birth for a complete written Numerology reading.

The purpose of a Mediumship Session is to explore the possibility of contact with loved ones who have crossed over and to learn about ourselves through messages that may come from our Angels and Spirit Guides.

Can be held at Essential Kneads in Cicero or your home
(within a 20 mile radius of Syracuse, $25.00 per person if we go to your house,

House Blessings, Space Clearings and Reading s of Your Property
Bless your house and property by rejuvenating and cleansing the energy. Sweep out the old, bring in the new and restore balance. This is an old-time practice found in many cultures. Doreena and Betsy walk through the space smudging with sage and sensing the energies. They often pick up on entities who have stories to tell. They also bring the camera and have had many orbs appear while doing their work. They have a large collection of orb/spirit pictures with stories to go along with them. This can be included in the evening for no extra charge. They can bring their lap top to show the pictures. $50.00 per hour plus $25.00 per person for any other guests attending making it a group event.
Healing Secrets Group Events;
Classes, Discussion Groups or Parties
on any metaphysical subject or featuring any of our services like mini Reiki or Readings, Seance and/or our Healing Supplies. If there are more than 7 guests the fee is free for the host. - $25.00 per person at your house, $20.00 if you bring the group to Essential Kneads.
Healing Secret’s Thought Exchange/Energy Class
Held once a month at Essential Kneads. $20.00 per person, includes a light supper. The class is casual and the subject changes each month with an underlying theme of understanding energy use and the exchange of energy between people. We think this type of study is necessary for Reiki attunement. Some of the subjects are; Chakra Study, Tarot, Identifying Spirit GuidesTotem Animals, use of stones & Crystals, Natural Health Modalities, Aromatherapy, Past Life and much more.
